What we collect

• Details you give us in an enquiry form or the guide-price tool — name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you tell us about your project.
• Messages you send through live chat.
• Analytics data about how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics 4.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quotation — our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To improve the website — our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Enquiry data is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers the form to our inbox. Live chat is provided by Tawk.to. Analytics is provided by Google. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for three years from last contact, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email sales@bespoke-joinery.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
