Using this website

The content of this site is for general information about our joinery services. We take care to keep it accurate but it does not form part of any contract.

Guide prices

Prices shown on this site, including any range produced by the indicative price tool, are guides only. They are not quotations and are not binding. A binding price is issued only as a written quotation following a measured survey.

Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days. Once you accept a quotation and sign off the setting-out drawings, the price is fixed for the work described. Variations you request after sign-off are quoted separately before being carried out.

Surveys

Measured surveys are free and carry no obligation. We ask for reasonable access to the room being surveyed.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for ten years from the date of fitting. The guarantee covers defects in the making and fitting of the joinery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration by others, or building movement outside our control. Hardware is covered by its manufacturer's warranty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
