Nottinghamshire is a county of red-brick Victorian terraces, mining-village stock and expanding suburban estates. That is exactly the kind of building stock a bespoke kitchen has to be drawn around, so we allow for it at survey stage rather than on fitting day — walls get checked for wind and plumb, floors for level, and the setting-out is taken from the worst reading, not the best.
How we approach it
A bespoke kitchen is a permanent part of the building, so it is worth setting out properly. We take the survey, agree the drawings, machine the parts in the workshop and fit in Nottinghamshire in one visit wherever the programme allows.
How we build it
Carcass work is birch ply or MR MDF depending on span and load. Face frames and doors are solid hardwood. Everything is machined on the same setting so stiles, rails and reveals line through, and shadow gaps stay parallel from one end of the run to the other.
Finish and materials
You can have it primed for your own decorator, sprayed in any RAL or heritage colour, or left in oiled timber. Oiled finishes can be refreshed at home; sprayed finishes are harder wearing and are what we recommend for kitchens and anything at knee height.

Straight answers
Bespoke Kitchens in Nottinghamshire — common questions
Can you make just the doors for an existing kitchen?
Yes. Replacing doors and drawer fronts on sound carcasses is the most cost-effective way to change a kitchen and we do a lot of it. We template from the existing carcass so the reveals stay even.
How long is a bespoke kitchen out of action during the fit?
Plan for two to three weeks from strip-out to worktop templating and final connection. We sequence so you keep a sink and a socket for as long as possible, and worktops are templated after the carcasses are set so they fit the real room.
Can you keep our existing appliances?
Usually, provided we have the make and model at survey so the apertures are cut correctly. Integrated appliances vary by tens of millimetres between brands and a guessed aperture is an expensive mistake.
Do you handle the electrics and plumbing?
We co-ordinate with them and set out the first fix positions, but the wet and electrical trades are separate. If you do not have your own, we can recommend people we work with regularly.
What guarantee do you give?
Ten years on workmanship. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, which on good runners and hinges is usually lifetime. Finishes are guaranteed for five years against flaking or delamination in normal domestic use.
